BidFrame is an automation tool that closes a workflow gap in commercial video production: bid accuracy. The industry standard is to assemble bids in spreadsheets with no shared structure between agency, production company, and finance. Versions diverge. Errors compound. Producers lose hours per bid to manual reconciliation. BidFrame replaces that workflow with a structured intake-to-bid system. Briefs are parsed for completeness before pricing. Gaps that need clarification are surfaced explicitly. Bid packages are generated against a shared schema. The proposal lifecycle is tracked from inbound brief through signed estimate.
